So funktioniert es:
- Fotos hochladen: Lade zwei gut erkennbare Fotos hoch – eines von vorn und eines von der Seite. So lassen sich Form und Merkmale deines Haustiers besser erfassen.
- Entwurf prüfen: Du erhältst während der Gestaltung einen digitalen Entwurf per E-Mail. Vor Produktionsbeginn passen wir ihn gemeinsam mit dir nach deinen Wünschen an.
- Gestaltung, Produktion und Versand: Gestaltung und Produktion dauern in der Regel 10–20 Werktage. Nach Fertigstellung beträgt die Lieferzeit normalerweise weitere 5–10 Werktage.

Returns
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at support@zemmygoods.com.
If your artwork has not yet been started, we’ll issue a full refund.
If your artwork has already been created, you’ll receive a refund minus a $35 design fee for the artwork preparation already completed.
Because every item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 24 hours unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
