Exchanges and Returns

Overview

At Zemmy Goods, we love creating unique art for your furry friends. To make things simple, our return policy is divided into two categories: Custom products and Non-Custom products.

Custom Products

Custom products, such as our personalized pet clocks, are made-to-order specifically for you based on your photos and details.

Order Cancellations & Refunds Before Shipment

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at support@zemmygoods.com.

If your artwork has not yet been started, we’ll issue a full refund.

If your artwork has already been created, you’ll receive a refund minus a $35 design fee to honor our artist’s time and care.

Returns After Delivery

Because every item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged or incorrect. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind or customer errors, such as providing incorrect text or wrong selections.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake, we've got you covered. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover all related shipping costs.

Non-Custom Products

For standard, non-personalized items, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

If you're returning or exchanging an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

If your non-custom item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Zemmy Goods will cover all replacement or refund costs, including return shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@zemmygoods.com.

Please include your order number and a few clear photos or a video of the issue so we can review it and make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Just email us at support@zemmygoods.com to start a return, an exchange, or to report a problem. If accepted, we’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, or to the return address on the shipping label, as we won't be able to accept them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. If so, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind that it may take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, please reach out to us at support@zemmygoods.com.
