How It Works
- Upload Your Photos: Please upload two clear photos of your pet: one front-facing and one side profile. This gives us a better view of their features, shape, and personality.
- Review Your Proof: We’ll email you a digital proof during the design process. Before production begins, we’ll work with you on the proof until you’re happy with the design.
- Proofed, Produced & Delivered: Your custom clock is carefully designed and produced within 10–20 business days. After production is complete, delivery usually takes an additional 5–10 business days.

Returns
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at support@zemmygoods.com.
If your artwork has not yet been started, we’ll issue a full refund.
If your artwork has already been created, you’ll receive a refund minus a $35 design fee for the artwork preparation already completed.
Because every item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 24 hours unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
