You can even customize your design with our signature dynamic pendulum for a playful touch, or choose a classic non-moving style to suit your space. With our premium silent movement, it's not just a timepiece—it’s a daily dose of joy.
How It Works
- Upload Your Photos: Please provide two clear photos of your pet—one front-facing and one side profile. This helps our artists capture more of your pet's features from different angles.
- Review Your Proof: We’ll email you a digital proof during the design process. Before we make your clock, we’ll work with you on the proof until you’re happy with the design.
- Designed, Produced & Delivered: Your custom clock is carefully designed and produced within 10–20 business days. After production is complete, delivery usually takes an additional 5–10 business days.

Returns
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at support@zemmygoods.com.
If your artwork has not yet been started, we’ll issue a full refund.
If your artwork has already been created, you’ll receive a refund minus a $35 design fee to honor our artist’s time and care.
Because every item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 24 hours unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.
